1. How much is the shipping fee?


  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Flat shipping fee: $5.99 for orders under $50.

2. Which countries do you ship to?


We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

3. Do I need to pay tax?


All customs duties, import VAT/GST, clearance fees and carrier processing charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and vary by country/region.

Note:

If the product is returned due to non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

4. When will my order be shipped?


We will process your order within 24 hours after payment (weekends and holidays may be delayed to the next working day).

Before shipment, you may email us at nevenshop2000@gmail.com to cancel your order, change the delivery address or modify products.

For pre-sale orders, we will arrange shipment within 24 hours after the goods arrive.

5. How will my order be shipped?


We ship from the warehouse closest to your location to ensure fast delivery.

Shipping time does not include customs clearance time.

6. How to track my order?


Your Tracking Number will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox (including spam folder).

To track:

Go to the website menu → click “Track Order” → enter your Tracking Number.

Important Notes


  • Actual shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, bad weather, public holidays or other force majeure.
  • Courier systems usually take 1–2 business days to update tracking information. If no data is available, please check again after 24 hours.
